Dr. Wendy Ng

Dr Wendy Ng graduated from Melbourne University in 2011, and started practicing vet in the countryside of Melbourne. After seeing variety of animals, such as horses, alpacas, bats, porcupine, kangaroos and of course our small furry friends, she then moved back to the inner city of Melbourne, and focused on small animal medicine and surgery. In 2015, she decided to move back to Hong Kong, and care for our pets in need.

In her leisure time, she loves playing with her three dogs Mathew, Ronaldo and Milka. At the same time, managing her tank of gold fish that keeps on expanding (reproducing).

Dr. Edith Shum

Dr. Edith Shum graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2012 and then worked in the UK for 3 years before returning to Hong Kong to continue her career. She loves practicing general medicine but has a special interest in feline and exotic medicine. Animal welfare and care are so important to her, and she wishes through client education so the animals can benefit from it.

During her time off, you'll probably find her scuba diving or spending time in the sea. She has 3 lovely black cats and love them to bits!

Dr. Andy Lee

Dr. Andy Lee graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology. He is a registered member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Passionate about advancing his expertise in small animal medicine, he values open communication and works closely with pet owners to understand their needs. His approach focuses on providing compassionate, tailored care for each animal.

Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor adventures with his Shetland Sheepdog Momo. His aim is to support pets and their owners through the highest standards of veterinary care, fostering trust, collaboration, and well-being.

Dr. Haley Yim

Dr. Haley Yim graduated from City University of Hong Kong, where she achieved honors, with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine degree and is a registered member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Her special interested include small animal surgery, ultrasonography and ophthalmology. She is devoted to treat every furry patient with tender, love and care, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable. Also to build trust with pets and their owners through empathy and skill.

Besides of work, she enjoys playing volleyball in local sport club, and spending quality time with her three fluffy cats at home.

Dr. Kristen Wong

Dr. Kristen Wong graduated from the Royal Veterinary College with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine degree and is a registered member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. She has had experience in emergency work, and additionally has a focus on developing higher standards of care and promoting welfare education in Hong Kong.

Outside of the clinic, she is often occupied with equestrian sports, with a personal interest in the management of working thoroughbreds following their retirement from Hong Kong's bustling racing industry.

Dr. François Saulnier

Dr. François Saulnier is a European and RCVS-recognised Specialist in Small Animal Surgery, registered as a Specialist Surgeon in Hong Kong for the past five years. He obtained his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in France in 2002, followed by advanced surgical training in Paris and Belgium, and achieved Diplomate status with the European College of Veterinary Surgeons (ECVS) in 2010.

Over the past two decades, Dr. Saulnier has worked in leading referral hospitals across Europe and North America, including Canada and the United Kingdom, where he taught aspiring surgeons and examined board candidates. Since relocating to Asia eight years ago, he has helped advance the region’s specialist veterinary field—first by helping establish Singapore’s first specialist-only veterinary hospital, and later by founding Hong Kong Veterinary Specialty Services (HKVSS), a peripatetic service providing specialist surgery directly to primary clinics.

His clinical expertise spans soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, surgical oncology, wound reconstruction, hepatic surgery, and minimally invasive techniques such as urethral and tracheal stenting. His research and practice have focused on spinal surgery, trauma repair, and complex oncological cases.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Saulnier is dedicated to advancing surgical standards and making specialist-level care more accessible across Hong Kong through collaboration, mentorship, and innovation.
