Dr. Wendy Ng

Dr Wendy Ng graduated from Melbourne University in 2011, and started practicing vet in the countryside of Melbourne. After seeing variety of animals, such as horses, alpacas, bats, porcupine, kangaroos and of course our small furry friends, she then moved back to the inner city of Melbourne, and focused on small animal medicine and surgery. In 2015, she decided to move back to Hong Kong, and care for our pets in need.

In her leisure time, she loves playing with her three dogs Mathew, Ronaldo and Milka. At the same time, managing her tank of gold fish that keeps on expanding (reproducing).

Dr. Marcella Chan

Dr. Marcella graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015 with Honours degree. She has acquired a wide range of experience working in small animal general practices, specialist and emergency centres in Queensland and New South Wales. In 2019, she joined our Pulsevet group to continue her passion on animal care. She is particularly interested in emergency & critical care and internal medicine.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and outdoor activities, such as hiking, cycling and swimming.

Dr. Brian Yiu

Dr. Brian Yiu graduated from the University of Queensland. He decided to return to the vibrancy of Hong Kong. After working a few years in two different well-established 24 hour animal hospitals, he has decided to look into an emerging part of the industry. He believes the outreach service could bring his love and care to the animals who may otherwise be left unseen. He also enjoys the commuting between consults, especially on a sunny day.

In his free time, he likes playing tennis, exercising, reading and pampering his Exotic Shorthair cat with hugs and food.

Dr. Chloe Choi

BVMS MRCVS

Dr. Chloe Choi graduated from University of Glasgow. She started working in Hong Kong shortly after graduation and briefly worked at a laboratory animal unit. During her studies, she has seen small animal practice in the UK and HK. Her interest in different species in Veterinary Medicine has brought her to spend time in farm animal and equine practice, exotic practice, wildlife rescue centre and disease surveillance centre. Although she has developed an interest in surgery, she is still exploring all specialties.

Outside of work, she enjoys anything that involves the sea and sun like trying new watersports. Otherwise, she is found hiking with her old poodle Teddy or relaxing at home.

Dr. Victoria Leung

Victoria completed a Bachelor of Science degree in the University of Melbourne, where she was majoring in Animal Science and Management. She then obtained her Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honour) degree in the University of Queensland. As a veterinary student, she volunteered at varies of clinics and shelters in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and South africa. After graduation in 2019, she returned to Hong Kong and work as a full time veterinarian.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys travelling, hiking, playing tennis and being a slave of her cat and dog.

Tobias Chong

Practice Manager

Tobias has worked in the veterinary field for over 15 years after his returns from Canada. He started working in SPCA as a veterinary assistant in the early of 2000. Since then, he has been actively and continuously working in the field as a veterinary assistant, consultant and manager. On 2004 and 2006, he had started up Kowloon Veterinary Hospital and Cosmo Pet Service Center & Veterinary Clinics.

Tobias is handling the day to day operation of Pulsevet. He takes care of all the enquiry calls and out and about in the mobile vehicle with the vets. With his wealth of experience ensures that all our patients have the highest possible care, and his playful nature eases any concerns and nervous that pet owners might have.

Currently Tobias also involved in teaching at Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups and St. John Ambulance for Pet care courses.

Outside of work, Tobias enjoys wake boarding, horse riding and looking after his two handsome pals, BuBu and Gumball.
